Mourad tells about the importance of diversity and his fight against labour discrimination.
While a painting is being made, Mourad talks about what he wants to achieve for the future generation. He talks about wanting more diversity in the work place and that he doesn’t want the future generations to have to deal with labour discrimination.

We then see Mourad from the back, side and then front. A reflection in a pool of water of an unidentified person is shown. A shot of trees. A shot of the top of a flat and the sky.
A close-up of the painter wearing his mask. A shot of the painter working while bringing him in focus. Shot of a paint splatter. Several shots of the painting. Shot of a hand moving. Then a shot of a man sitting down, blurred out. Painter then writes #makethefuture and then #OYW2018. Then the painting is revealed and reads HIRE ME with six different persons behind the letters.
Black and white rectangles appear and disappear to introduce the next shot.

Then it turns white and you see the shell logo appear in the screen.
